1. Our Refund Philosophy

1.1 Investment in Transformation

Our services represent an investment in your professional development and business growth. Unlike physical products, coaching and educational services provide immediate value through insights, strategies, and frameworks that cannot be "returned" once received.

1.2 Commitment-Based Approach

Success in coaching requires serious commitment from both coach and client. Our refund policy ensures that only committed individuals who are prepared to invest fully in their development engage our services, while maintaining compliance with Singapore consumer protection standards.

1.3 Quality Assurance Process

We maintain rigorous client qualification and consultation processes to ensure mutual fit before service commencement, significantly reducing the likelihood of refund requests.
