The Zero Dawn Protocol: Stop Being the Biggest Bottleneck in Your Own Business

You Built a Successful Business, But It's Consuming Your Life

It's 2 AM.

You're still at your desk, making decisions your team should handle.

Your spouse stopped asking when you'll be home.

Your kids barely see you awake.

Here's the thing:

Your wife, your kids, your friends...They didn't ask you for any of this. They never asked you to become an entrepreneur.

Yet we tell ourselves we're being strategic when we say, "I'm doing this for my family," or "I want to give my parents a better life."

So do we still do it?

Because the truth is, it's easier to just "be busy." It's easier to think that we are working on the business, making "progress" and use that as an excuse to skip holidays, birthdays, weddings, gatherings.

But are we really making progress?

Perhaps financially... But financial success means nothing if it costs us everything else we care about.

We may have achieved monetary success in pursuit of our business endeavors, but we've neglected other important areas of our lives.

You're not alone. Every successful founder hits this ceiling sooner or later via their own skill and grit, but in exchange, success becomes their prison, and they find their relationships suffering as a result.

The most successful entrepreneurs break this pattern, and I'm here to teach you how.

The Problem Isn't Your Work Ethic

You've already proven you can build and scale. The problem is four myths that keep high-achieving founders trapped:

Myth #1: Working harder equals scaling faster

Myth #2: You need to control every decision

Myth #3: Your team can't handle strategic thinking

Myth #4: Taking time off means the business will fail

What Happens When You Don't Fix This

  1. Your Health Breaks Down: The 80-hour weeks catch up. Heart problems, anxiety, depression - your body gives you no choice but to stop.

  2. Your Relationships Suffer: Your family gets the leftover version of you. Kids grow up, marriages end, friendships fade while you're "building the dream."

  3. Your Business Plateaus: Everything requiring your approval creates delays. Growth stagnates because you're the limit on what's possible.

Michael's Reality: I once had an uncle-in-law named Michael. He made a fortune in retail and real estate in Singapore's hyper-competitive environment. He was always working, never rested, constantly stressed. He didn't trust his staff to "handle things" and never built an environment where they could thrive. When health issues forced him to step back, the business crumbled because everything depended on him.

I've Been Where You Are

By 23

  • I had started 5 companies,

  • failed at 4.

  • Lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in the process.

  • Worked 3 jobs to bootstrap my 5th attempt.

I know the exhaustion. The frustration. The weight of having everyone depend on you for answers.

But here's what changed everything:

With my 5th business, Growe Supply, I stopped trying to be indispensable. Instead, I built systems that worked without me.

In year 3, I developed the Zero Dawn Protocol and implemented it throughtout my organization for 8 months, and by year 4, the business was 90% automated, and i could finally take 2-week vacations without checking email, and worrying about the business collapsing.

Progression:

  • Year 1 (2021): Annual Revenue = SGD$116,767 [Before Zero Dawn Protocol]

  • Year 2 (2022): Annual Revenue = SGD$405,372 [Before Zero Dawn Protocol]

  • Year 3 (2023): Annual Revenue = SGD$291,976 [Before Zero Dawn Protocol]

  • Year 4 (2024): Annual Revenue = SGD$428,712 [After Zero Dawn Protocol]

  • Year 5 (2025): Annual Revenue (YTD as of 7 Sep 2025) = SGD$395,656.74 [After Zero Dawn Protocol]

Real Results from Real Founders

"Working with Kenric helped me figure out how I needed to build a system to manage my remote team. In just one 60-min call, I was able to create a Trello dashboard from scratch after taking inspiration from the one he used to run his team at Growe Supply. His methodology and approach to mapping out the moving parts, and what was missing from my existing setup was exactly what I needed to break through this problem."

"Kenric was instrumental to my company. He came in at a time when I was struggling to grow my monthly revenue from $4k, and I tried everything in my power at the time to grow. However, nothing seems to work. It was only until when Kenric took a look at it and realized immediately where the problem areas were, and introduced a systematic way to solve issues did we make any meaningful progress. Once the issues were solved, our revenue went up to $40k/month in the next 6 months. If you are struggling to grow your business, and are stuck at a growth ceiling, you need to talk to Kenric." - Iris, Co-Founder at Growe Supply

Introducing The Zero Dawn Protocol

After helping 5+ founders escape the founder trap (including myself), I've created a coaching protocol that helps founders buy back at least 20 hours/week of their time back in 180 days and transforms companies from founder-dependent to self-running.

Imagine eliminating all your business frustrations.

Imagine, what you could do with that extra 4 hours each day.

  • Picture having outstanding employees at every level who align with your vision, collaborate effectively, independently resolve issues, and uphold accountability.

  • Envision your organization running smoothly and having the capacity to scale to any size you desire. (Without your input)

  • Visualize a future where you will work ONLY on the things you want, with ONLY people you like and ONLY on the things you know you are world-class at.
