I learned this lesson the hard way.

📌 It was pretty obvious on hindsight, but when it's 11pm, and you are putting out the 11th fire of the day, you don't realize how much time is wasted on firefighting.

By solving all of my teams problems for them (putting out fires), I become the single highest paid administrative assistant, marketing manager, salesperson, HR personel, compliance officer...etc.
