Success in coaching requires serious commitment from both coach and client. Our refund policy ensures that only committed individuals who are prepared to invest fully in their development engage our services, while maintaining compliance with Singapore consumer protection standards.

We maintain rigorous client qualification and consultation processes to ensure mutual fit before service commencement, significantly reducing the likelihood of refund requests.


2. The Zero Dawn Protocol Coaching Program

2.1 Refunds

I will happily grant refunds if at the end of 90 days, there is absolutely zero improvement in your company's Zero Dawn Pulse Check score. No questions asked.

2.2 Guarantees

If you don't buy back 20+ hours/week in 90 days, I will keep coaching you free until you do.

2.3 Exceptions

We will not grant refunds under the following:

  • Personal circumstances or business changes

  • Lack of results due to non-implementation

  • Dissatisfaction with the program

  • Change of mind after enrollment

  • Failure to attend sessions or complete modules


3. Future Products and Services

3.1 Monthly Memberships or Subscriptions

Current Month Policy:

  • No refunds for current month fees once payment is processed

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund current period

  • Access continues through end of paid billing period

  • Cancel anytime; no refund for unused portion

3.2 Free Services

  • Free services (newsletters, free resources) have no refunds as they are complimentary.

  • Unsubscribe available anytime.


4. Circumstances That Void All Guarantees

No store credit or any consideration will be provided if:

  • You share or reproduce proprietary materials without permission

  • You engage in threatening, abusive, or unprofessional behavior

  • You provide false information during application

  • You attempt chargebacks or payment disputes through financial institutions

  • You record sessions without written consent

  • You share confidential information from coaching sessions

  • You use proprietary methodologies commercially without licensing

These violations result in immediate termination of all services with no refund or credit.


5. Alternative Resolution Options

5.1 Mutual Termination

In cases of genuine mutual incompatibility:

  • Both parties may agree to program termination without refund

  • Professional recommendation letter may be provided for alternative service providers

  • Positive testimonial may be provided by the client on partial program completion.


6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
