There are no refunds for The Zero Dawn Protocol coaching program for any reason, including but not limited to:

2.4 What's Non-Refundable

Once you enroll, the following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Opportunity costs or scheduling arrangements

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

7.1 Coach-Initiated Refunds

  • Coach cancels travel for international on-site coaching (full travel cost reimbursement applies)

7.2 International Travel Cancellations

For clients requiring on-site coaching who cancel after travel arrangements are confirmed:

  • You are responsible for all non-refundable travel costs (flights, hotels, visas, insurances...etc)

  • Minimum 30 days advance notice required to minimize costs

  • Travel costs are separate from coaching fees and remain due regardless

  • These costs are due immediately upon cancellation regardless of refund eligibility for coaching fees

  • Coach will make reasonable efforts to minimize cancellation penalties when advance notice is provided

  • Payment required within 14 days of receiving travel cost invoice
