Most business consultants give you theory, and have never built a business from scratch. I offer battle-tested frameworks forged from real business experience.
Hello I'm Kenric. I've spent the last 6+ years helping businesses figure out how to grow smarter, not harder. As a fellow founder, and the Global Director of Business Development at Water & Shark (Global law and asset protection firm helping business owners structure business globally), I get to work with a diverse set of founders from various countries, sizes, and industries.
I've also worn a bunch of different hats along the way—marketing manager at an apparel company, e-commerce manager at a tech startup, and even spent some time in the wild west of cryptocurrency business development. Each experience taught me something new about what makes businesses tick (and what makes them break).
Here's the thing about me—I've been in your shoes. By 23, I had started 5 businesses. Four of them failed, but one didn't, and I was able to automate it successfully. Those failures taught me more about what actually works than any textbook ever could.
